  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Orders

  • We manufacture products specifically based on your requirements, including size, fabric, GSM, and color. Once an order is placed, production is initiated accordingly and is typically completed within 7 days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if production has not yet started, you may request cancellation, and we may approve it at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for bulk orders.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

4. Customization & Bulk Orders

  • Customized or printed t-shirt orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Slight variations in color, print, or fabric may occur and are considered acceptable.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and order size. because its customised 

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

    • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay of products once the order has been handed over to the courier or transport service provider. Our responsibility ends at the point of dispatch.

    • All shipment details including tracking ID, courier/transport name, and contact information will be shared with the customer for tracking and coordination purposes.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise no Refund / Replacement Will Be Considered

  • Refunds will be processed after verification.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Providing false information may lead to order cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

Return And Exchange is not possible because your product is basically made for you so confirm before odering still you can connect us after order if we havent started making your order then we will return/refund your order But in case of manufactring defects we will exchange/adjust your amount into your wallet which can be used on next orders but report within 48  hours of dekivery
